What we do with your information.
Short version: we use it to reply to you, we do not share it, we use simple analytics to understand site traffic, and if you want your details gone, email us and we will remove them.
What we collect
When you use our contact form we take your name, email, company if you choose to enter it, and the message you send. If you email us directly we have whatever you put in your email. We also use Vercel Web Analytics to collect aggregate, cookie-free website usage information, such as pages visited, referral source, approximate location, device, and browser. If Google Analytics is enabled, it is used for the same aggregate purpose and for contact-form conversion events.
What we don't do
We do not run advertising pixels or remarketing tags. We do not share, sell, or trade what you send us. Your information is not used to train any AI model, and we do not use analytics data to identify individual visitors.
How we use it
To reply to you, and if the conversation becomes an engagement, to carry on working with you. Analytics is used to understand which pages people visit and how they find the site, so we can improve it.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in an active conversation or engagement, plus a sensible buffer for business records. If you would like your information removed, email us at hello@emergeai.com.au and we will remove it.
